DARE 2 ACT (D2A) is weekly after school forum for DAREarts teen grads and their peers. The D2A teens are dared to take positive "action" through the innovative use of creative and technological tools.

Each D2A session incorporates a life lesson, examined through the lens of an art form. Using Toronto as their after-school classroom, the teens explore the world through the city's diverse cultures - while developing essential life and career skills; financial skills; and enhancing their leadership abilities, through mentoring, volunteering and public awareness.

D2As took part in 'Global Work Party' hosted by Lombard Insurance, part of a worldwide movement to solve the climate change crisis. Teens delivered hand-painted t-shirts with messages of climate change solutions and learned about insurance through interaction with Lombard staff.
