We, the children we have never started any war; still we die in wars.
We, the children never set the rules for human rights; still we die in fights.
We, the children, are the future of this lovely planet earth;
Though we've never learned your way of living since the day of our birth.
We were told what to believe in, told who’s enemy or friend.
We've been walking in your footsteps. We just had to pretend.
 
We, the children want you all to listen to our song.
We can see the world goes wrong.
Can't you understand that you will never learn how to live in peace.
